All shipping is handled by Post Nl. They allow us to offer very low shipping prices and even make it possible to offer the shipping costs for free in EUrope and US and for orders over 120 euros. For all other countries we then do 50/50. The pick ups of the orders by Post Nl happen twice a week.

The estimated time for a package for Europe is 5 to 7 working days The estimated time for a package overseas is 7 to 10 working days

In normal circumstances (not counting holidays) we consider a package lost starting from 20 working days.

We offer exchanges or refunds if we sent the wrong item or if the item was damaged due to packaging. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reasons.
